Clive Walton
Clive is the Managing Director of Servisys. He has a Diploma in Management Studies and
has over 27 years experience across the broad IT spectrum. Clive has worked for
the Provincial Building Society, Grattan Warehouses (catalogue mail order) and
for 15 years, Provident Financial and its subsidiaries prior to becoming a
consultant and contractor. He is an IT consultant with considerable experience
of the Consumer Credit industry, with particular knowledge of Weekly Collected
and Monthly Credit. Other areas of expertise include Helpdesk, Insurance and
Mail Order. He has been involved in all stages of bespoke project development
and package selection and implementation in a variety of roles up to and
including Project Manager. Clive also has experience as an Account Manager for a
Monthly Credit package developed and used by Provident whose principal external
customer was Yorkshire Cooperatives.
Consultancy
Successfully turned round a very late 350 branch customer database conversion process.
Advised on hardware upgrade to DEC Microvax system for Insurance company.
Supplied written witness testimony on tailored credit
system package.
Project Management
Jointly selected and implemented Helpdesk and Service Management package.
Led up to 12 technical developers creating database system for H. T. Greenwoods (Weekly Credit).
Led technical development of an MIS system introduced in all H. T. Greenwood branches

Supported and enhanced in-house Monthly Credit package. Converted Pensions data to new package.
