Fiona Skilbeck is the Financial Director of Servisys. Fiona is an honours graduate with experience in the public and private sectors. She was employed for 14 years by Ventura (formerly Club 24) a major player in the provision of credit cards to retailers before becoming a leading company in outsourced customer service management. Fiona's experience covers traditional O&M, Business process Re-Engineering, Project Management, Business Continuity and Call Centre environmental design, the latter involving a total of more than 450,000 sq ft. She is available now to provide consultancy advice.

Design of all aspects to translate business needs into environmental solutions from room inclusion to size, to finishes, colour schemes, furniture specification.

Included set up of joint venture with major recovery company, design of Incident Control Process, Training of Incident Control Managers and facilitation of company wide plans and testing.

Company Attitude Survey
Design and implementation of attitude survey. Use of external resource to analyse data.

Where necessary, additional skill sets can be resourced. These may take the form of other professionals employed on a contract basis or perhaps by utilising a client's own staff should these be suitable.
